The future of private aviation just took another major step forward. Gulfstream has officially completed the maiden flight of its brand-new G300 super-midsize jet, a next-generation aircraft designed to redefine performance, comfort, and mid-range efficiency. And for BJETS travelers, this milestone signals exciting new possibilities for the way you fly.

A New Era for the Gulfstream G300 Super-Midsize Jet Fleet
On December 5, 2025, the G300 lifted off for the first time from Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel—where the aircraft is being produced in partnership with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). The two-hour test flight reached 30,000 feet and sustained Mach 0.75 while validating Gulfstream’s new avionics, cabin systems, and aerodynamic improvements.
Before ever leaving the ground, the G300 logged more than 2,000 hours of testing, ensuring Gulfstream’s rigorous safety and performance standards are met. Two more test aircraft will soon join the certification program.
Unveiled in Savannah in September 2025 as the successor to the G280, the G300 promises:
3,600 nm range at Mach 0.80
3,000 nm range at Mach 0.84
Up to 10 passengers
Honeywell HTF7250G engines
Category-leading interior volume and lowest cabin altitude
Plasma air ionization system for cleaner air
Harmony Flight Deck + Predictive Landing Performance System
This aircraft isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a statement. Gulfstream is doubling down on performance, passenger comfort, and cutting-edge technology.
Why This Matters for BJETS Clients
At BJETS, we stay at the forefront of aviation innovation to ensure our clients always have access to the world’s most advanced aircraft. The debut of the G300 represents the next evolution of what our travelers value most:
1. More Comfort for Mid-Range Missions
The G300’s larger cabin and reduced cabin altitude translate directly into a smoother, healthier, and more relaxing experience—especially on flights between 3–6 hours. BJETS clients flying routes like Miami–LA, New York–Cabo, or Chicago–Nassau will feel the difference.
2. Greater Efficiency, Same Gulfstream Luxury
With its optimized engines and aerodynamic improvements, the G300 offers lower operating costs without sacrificing performance. That means BJETS can continue offering elite Gulfstream options with more flexibility and competitive pricing for mid-range itineraries.
3. Cleaner Air and Modern Tech, Standard
The plasma air ionization system and Harmony Flight Deck aren’t just technical upgrades—they improve safety, air quality, and overall passenger experience. The Predictive Landing Performance System adds an extra layer of operational safety, especially at challenging airports.
4. A Better Fit for Last-Minute and High-Demand Travel
As demand for charter flights continues to grow, especially for business hubs and resort destinations, the G300’s seating configuration and speed make it a perfect solution for short-notice getaways, business trips, or holiday travel—something BJETS specializes in.
BJETS and the Next Generation of Private Aviation
While the G300 moves through certification and completion in Dallas, BJETS is already preparing for what its introduction means for our fleet planning and client service. As Gulfstream continues to innovate, we continue to evolve with it—bringing you faster aircraft, more comfortable cabins, and the highest safety standards in the sky.
The G300 isn’t just another jet. It’s a preview of the future of private travel—and BJETS will be ready to bring that future to your next destination.
